Question by ~aLwAyZ BaLLiN~: Is weight training for martial arts bad?
In Bruce Lee’s book “The Art of Expressing the Human Body”, he said weight lifting is really important for martial artists, and through weight training he became who he was. But a lot of people argue that weight training is really bad for martial artists. I know you have to get some toned muscle, and that a lot of muscle mass heavily affects your speed… but now I am really confused ! lol
So do you think weight training is important, or is it bad ?

wieght training is in no way bad for speed. why would olympic sprinters do low rep squats?
wieght lifting will only benefit you in sports of any kind
